Confidentiality and Data Security
We understand our clients' need for confidentiality and the protection of intellectual property,
and we guarantee that all proprietary and personal information is secure and held confidential
at all times. No information is ever shared with other parties unless a client specifically authorizes
such disclosure. We employ state-of-the-art technology to ensure data security in our network, and
if requested, we can send and receive e-mail with PGP encryption for added protection. All Executive
Graphics employees are bound by confidentiality agreements, and we are happy to enter into additional
non-disclosure agreements with our clients. Any printouts of client documents – e.g., for internal
proofreading purposes – are taken to a professional shredding facility where they are immediately destroyed.
